Monday night Self Defense Class is designed to prepare the
student with the personal defense skills to defend against
an unexpected attack or encounter. In short, offers
realistic hand to hand combat training which encompasses
various hybrid martial arts into it core-base American
Shuri-Ryu Karate Curriculum.
Tuesday & Thursday
Kickboxing Class is designed to develop a fitness
mindset for all ages and to teach authentic kickboxing skill
which can be applied to the competitive kickboxing arena as
well as a self defenses situation.
